Rooms

The Rooms are our most budget friendly accommodations for the traveler looking for a cozy place to rest their head. Each room comes with its own bathroom, regular bed, mini fridge, and walkout door to a shared balcony. Sleeps 1-2 comfortably.

Beach House

The “Beach House” is the resorts largest single unit located at the northwest side of the “Main Lodge”. This unit offers four bedrooms, two baths, two living rooms, and a kitchen area. The “Beach House” overlooks Cedar Oaks shared common grounds and the water. This unit boasts a spacious balcony with room for the entire group! Comfortably sleeps 12.

Cottages

The Cottages add a little more space than the rooms, while keeping a budget in mind. Cottages 8 & 9 are 1 bedroom (reg bed), ¾ kitchen, full bath, living room area and shared balcony overlooking Houghton Lake. Sleeps 2-4 comfortably

Cottages 10 & 11 walk right out to the shared yard space overlooking the water. Both offer 2 bedrooms (reg bed), full bath, ¾ kitchen, and small living areas.  Sleeps 3-5 comfortably
